Stopped by for some parts. It was a bit difficult finding the parts online, so i drove over to make sure i get the right part. Saddly i got the wrong part and i had to drive back a second time from Hayward. Second time was the charm. I got exactly what i needed. If it wasnt for that extra drive time, i would rate higher. We'll see how next time goes.

Great family owned,4 generation since 1914,good customer service. Great people that work there. Never a boring moment here anytime that I visited.

weeks in advance I had booked and appointment at 9 AM on a Saturday, and they promised that they would do the service right away, as I would wait there for them to finish. I showed up at 8:50 and they took the bike into the shop. After about 2.5 hours of waiting they still hadn't touched it yet, so I left again. All in all I wasted almost 4 hours from when i left my home until I was back home again. Horrible customer service and an absolute lack of respect of their customers time. I will never set my foot in this shop again!
