Melody Toyota is awesome. I called at 8:30 am Saturday for an emergency work on my car. Barry Johnson, my customer service agent said they were swamped that day but told me to bring in my car as early as I can and they will try their best to work on it. I came in at 9:30, was given a complimentary shuttle service home where I was going to wait for a call when my car will be ready in a few hours. I was called at 2 pm same day and told me my car was ready. A got a free shuttle pick-up to the repair shop where my car was waiting for me. Awesome!

Wonderful experience! Salesman and the finance guy were efficient, polite and professional. I got a great and fair on a 2017 Toyota. I would recommend Melody Toyota to anyone!💕

Was there for regular service - appointment was at 8:00 am, but I got there at 7:00 am; first in line. Attendant told me they would have to take 7;00 appointments first - no problem. Signed a form and then went to eat breakfast. Returned at 9:00 and saw my car sitting outside the lounge and found it had not been worked on. Waited an hour and still no movement. Finally spoke to a service rep who had seen me earlier; he arranged for the car to be serviced. Twenty minutes late, service was done! I never did hear from my assigned service rep, who is usually pretty reliable. Waited for over two hours for a 20 minute appointment. First bad experience I've had with them after many years of service.

Great sales approach and people. Easy to deal with, without the run around you get as some dealers. Purchased a used vehicle that is in very high demand at the price we wanted to pay.

I got a good deal here. Sales person June and finance guy Jay are helped me getting the right car and extended warranty within affordable price. Only downside of this showroom is they have only limited number of colors.
