I always go to this Starbucks because it's right next to my home, and normally I love it! But today when I went, I was "helped" by a girl named Kasey. I put helped in quotations because she never once greeted me, she just kind of starred at me until I said what I wanted. When we first came to the counter, she was washing dishes. We continued waiting at the counter for around 2 minutes before she walked over to us. She did not say a single word to me during our entire interaction,  even when she was done making the drink, I said "thank you!" And she just starred at me again saying nothing. Kasey needs to work on her customer service skills. Normally I would give 5 stars

A nice starbucks, though small inside Hy-vee. They keep things clean and sanitary.

I have to say I am not happy with the service. With the prices they charge, i would have expected better service
