Theres a couple nice people in there. Some that are respectable but there are too many arrogant, young people in there who reflect back out the bad parenting they had being raised. Because i have no idea how people can be rude never knowing the reaction of the other individual. Some people havent visited or lived in different areas and act way too entitled. Its sad to see how many exist, just in one location. 4 people there work and work. The rest just show up so theyre paid or get laid off for unemployment and that shows too. Good luck

Great donuts, nice people to deal with and very hot fresh coffee,  stop here every time we are in this area!!   Thank you all

Coffee was good. The mango drinks my kids got tasted like very lightly flavored water. Felt bad for the employee that took our order. Was the only person working and seemed flustered.

Young ladies were very helpful and quite friendly.  I was able to get my children chocolate donuts as a treat. Ice coffee was good too.

Great coffee, usually friendly staff, nice little quaint location and atmosphere. Public bathrooms are clean and convenient. Good donut selection, and tasty Subway subs. Usually hoppin' place. Sitting area by windows has a view to two sides - cool to hangout there. Nearly always run into someone I know.

I love Dunkin iced coffee and my favorite donut Vanilla Headlight,need to try it.Folks are always friendly and April in Mint Hill os wonderful and always helpful

Donuts aren't made here, brought in from somewhere else and placed in case. Limited selection.

Every time I've been to this Dunkin Donuts there always seems to be less people working than how many different sections there are in the store and it's usually older ladies and just to get a drink, sub, or ice cream individually is a longer wait here or at least in my personal experiences at this location.
