Great customer service and super friendly workers. The car in front of us didn’t have enough money and the worker was going to accept what the driver could offer and still give her the food. We need more people like her in the world. Food was hot and delicious as well.
fries was cold with no salt, got an Unsweet tea instead of the requested sweet tea. spicy crispy chicken had no bacon that was added on. the person in the window had an attitude. all around irritating experience. if i could id rate 0
This is one of my favorite McDonald's in the area. The food was freshly made, the atmosphere is great and the service was okay. The only complaint I could have is about the service if you go inside they seem to focused on making you use the kiosk instead of allowing you to order with a human.Food: 5/5
This McDonald's may have the worst designed parking lot / drive-thru arrangement I've ever seen. That combined with extensive backups needs that most of the spaces close to the building are blocked by the backup from the drive-thru. Service is inconsistent at best, and my most recent experience it took them 10 minutes to get my order right and even then I think they overcharged me. The only saving grace was the fact that the service window is even slower than the cashiers window.
Dont go to McDonald's much, but when I see long line food has to be hot. After 10 minute wait got my fish filet and fries....COLD again. I'm done with ALL McDonald's !!!
Food was mediocre this day even though this location is known to be the best in the area. Service was slow, waited 15 minutes for food, lobby was extremely dirty.Food: 2/5
Don't be in a hurry. Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly enough. Store and drive thru wasn't busy but had to wait longer than normal for McDonald's.Food: 4/5
During a busy dinner rush, these guys & gals performed greatly. The line was moving quickly. The food was hot &fresh. And the order came out perfectly. Much better then other locations & food chains.
Excellent sweet tea. Super friendly staff. The food is hot and delicious. One of favorite McDonald's. The good ones are hard to find. They have never given me cold fries or warm tea. They use plenty of ice. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and dining friendly.
Sometimes the lobby is open and sometimes the doors are locked! It’s 12pm on a Saturday and the lobby closed? I was here last weekend at the same time and it was open. Very frustrating, I’ll just drive up the road to the McDonald’s on sunny side from now on. Tired of playing the guessing game with this one. What’s with the employee that is always sleeping in the booth where customers eat???
