McDonald's

We stopped at one McDonald’s in Winchester and had a very terrible experience, drove across town to this one and had absolutely phenomenal service from Damien McFarland. He genuinely went above and beyond to get us our food. Dropped fresh food so we could have our whole order, made sure he got everything 100% correct. Was super well mannered, nice and actually cared about how our service for the night went and we were the last customer of the night. So he did not have to be pleasant, we sadly got there roughly 10-15 minutes before they were closing and he still went above and beyond to make our experience great. So thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts in the Caswell family!

You can never get an iced coffee. They say the machine is broken. That is the excuse they use most of the time or it is being cleaned. Worse McDonalds in Winchester. Cold food late afternoon or nights.

No blueberry pies and no milk shakes I'm diabetic and now trapped in line behind concrete. And I'm having a low suger. Awesome store

Ignored at the counter. I used the kiosk and ordered no cheese - they were marked no cheese but there was cheese on the burgers. No customer service and cold burgers.Food: 1/5

Nobody wore gloves no hair nets on the girls I ordered a large fry they didn't even open up the box before they filled it up for fries so when I got it it was like a small fry my McRib wasn't cooked all the way through I got sick from eating it the place is completely unhygienic do not recommend to go inside or you will not like what you see you would change your mind about the drive-thru as well. Was more worried about who was going through the drive-thru then he was waiting in the store itself six people had to get our food all at the same time because they was worried about drive-thru by the time we got our food everything was cold where's McDonald's I've ever been to. Wheelchair accessibility: The drive-thru keeps the handicap spots closed all the time so good luck for the elderly who need those spots people will not move either

I guess this location just decides what time they want to open randomly. I came here at 730 Am to get breakfast and there drive thru is still closed. Thanks for making me go to work hungry. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MCDONALDS. They sure made sure I had a bad start to my day.

This has the best staff of all the McDonald’s and Winchester good communication fast keeps the customers informed with three people they handle a busy drive-through and people inside great work!

Traffic attitudes is bad service from the crew. Unprofessional and unsanitary. The cashier was nice, but the rest of the crew could use a thing called manners. If you're going to be working with the public then you need to have the right attitude
