Always fast friendly service at this location. However, portion size has become a bit of a problem. Whip cream, or not, Venti is 20 ounces. We reached an all time low on this order measuring in at 14 ounces each. It’s great coffee. Can we get what we pay for though?

I come here a lot. There’s a lot of inconsistencies with the making of the iced shaken espresso. Today what really put me over the edge was the bacon on my sandwich wasn’t even fully cooked when they gave it to me. I brought it back in and put it on the counter and told her it’s not even cooked. She said nothing to me. Took the sandwich back and they reheated again. Brought it up. All she said was “okay”. I’m sorry but any kind of an apology would have been nice. I’m sorry you felt inconvenienced by the fact that I, the customer, had to bring in raw bacon to show you that I can’t eat the sandwich that way. Photo is after the reheat.

Very big, clean Bucks, but maintains a cozy atmosphere for work and discussions. PSL Pumpkin Spiced Latte just in time for autumn leaves.

Great service. Love the doggie photos at the drive-thru! Really heart-warming. My strawberry refresher with lemonade was great!

The staff here was friendly and professional. In front of me in line was a gentleman upset about a previous order vs. his current order and the cost of the elements. They calmly got him on his way and he seemed pleased at the end. It also only slightly slowed down my ordering. This is a good sized location with a lot of seating and also a lot of room for people to be in the inside line. They also have a drive thru. Overall good experience and I'd go back to this location.

They were lightening fast and we submitted 3 orders 3min prior to pick up via drive thru on the Starbucks App and the line was crowed that morning! Kindly amazed and the happy staff, big smiles made our experience! Good Road trip memory!

Best recipe for green tea chocolate lovers. Matcha creme frap. Add 2 frap chips, replace sugar syrup with 3 honey syrup, add 3 mocha sauce, add sugar cookie syrup. It is almost like a green tea Oreo if there was one. But looks like shrekFood: 5/5

In Winchester recently for business, staying in the nearby Wingate; we ordered ahead at this location 4-5 mornings in a row. Our order was accurate and ready every time - even when we arrived at the store before our order was supposed to be ready. Sometimes we stayed; other times, depending on our schedule, we had to grab and go. Despite how very busy the store's drive-up was, the inside staff was always personable. A very pleasant experience.

Ordered 2 drinks for my husband and I. They made my husbands drink first and after 20 mins of waiting for mine. We question them on this. The barista was adamant that she did make it and called my name for it. I politely told her, she made my husbands and called my name out for that, but never mine. We would if known since we were right where the drinks were the whole time. Not once did she apologize and made my drink within 1 min and it was the worst chai tea latte I ever had from Starbucks. Won’t be returning.

Drive through is quick and easy on busy mornings. I am able to place my order before I get there, and it's typically ready by the time I get to the speaker. Friendly staffFood: 4/5
