It's rare and a good day when you can find an honest mechanic. I only come here when I need something fixed. They have never tried to upsell me. In fact, if it was a quick fix, they would just do it right there and then and not even charge me. Other places would make up some story of how my car would need to be serviced and that I would need to repair this and that. Not this place. Honest to a fault. I will never go anywhere else.

When replacing a tire they over tightened a bolt. Like way too much. 4 weeks later I went to get my tires rotated and they had to break the bolt to take the tire off. It was a $400 repair just to take a tire off because they over tightened the nut.

Be aware ahead of time, this place charges $100.00 just to check the codes if your check engine light comes on.  I figured the cost would be minimal when I dropped it off to get the check engine light checked out, and the guy at the desk with the dog didn't tell me the cost, and I was in for a shock when I returned to pick up my vehicle and they told me the cost was $100 just to read the codes--no repairs actually done.  Of course I had to pay it at this point, as they had already read the codes.

Update: I took my vehicle to another shop, and they had a smoke machine of some sort that they used to determine this shop incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle--would have cost me over $500.00 more to have my vehicle done at Dunn Loring Service Center, and they would have replaced the carbon canister (emissions) when all that was needed was a hose repaired for far less money.  I won't be back to this place with big repairs if I can help it.
