Execellent! Marc Rasmussen with Dwell Real Estate was extremely helpful. I live in Chicago but will be moving to Sarasota, FL and wanted to live in downtown. Marc handled my transaction with care and professionalism. He is very attentive and responded to all of my questions promptly. My transaction was not easy one because of hassles from the seller. Marc's experience showed throughout the entire purchase. I am so happy that I chose him as my agent.

We just closed on a waterfront single family home in Bradenton . Cathy Loeppke was fantastic through the whole buying experience. We presently live in New Jersey and closed absentee . Right from the start Cathy listened to what we were looking for and sent us by email about 28 homes that fit the   bill. We then flew down and she did not waste any time and started showing us some very nice houses of the 28 she sent us we looked at around 15 of them and ended up buying the first home that we looked at. I cannot say enough great things about doing business with Cathy.Less
