My wife & I did not have a buyer's agent until we met Lindsey, who we met while looking at a house she was showing. While we didn't buy that house, we were impressed with Lindsey's professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market. After talking with her a bit  and discussing our requirements, we asked her to be our agent. She got right to work and within a couple of days she had a series of quality houses lined up for us to look at. Our requirements were pretty specific and within a week we had narrowed our options down to 2 houses. With Lindsey's input and guidance we were able to make an informed decision and offer that was accepted. Lindsey walked us thru the entire process, from search to to being under contract to closing and move-in. She was our advocate thru the entire process, as well as being very easy to work with. We highly recommend her and MS&C to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I wanted to write a few words about our experience with Michael Saunders & Company. My son’s friend had been looking at properties in Sarasota and referred us to Barbara May. We were coming to visit on short notice and wanted to evaluate a list of prospective properties. Barbara was terrific, she added some great suggestions to our list, but told us she had a prior commitment and would not be able to assist us. She referred us to her co-worker Larry Zeigler. 

Larry reviewed our list and had everything ready for viewing over an extended weekend.  He drove us to every property and pointed out the pros and cons of each. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was informative on everything Sarasota has to offer, including the ballet, theater, music, parks, climate, peak tourist times, and local government. When it came down to our final choice, Larry prepared a reasonable offer and negotiated a great price.

Once our offer was accepted and we returned to Chicago, Larry took care of everything necessary to close on the property. He was there for inspections, connected us with a great attorney, answered every email or phone message within minutes, and made the entire process painless. We were not buying a million dollar property, but he treated us like million dollar customers.

I would not hesitate to recommend Larry Zeigler, Barbara May and Michael Saunders & Co. for helping to make our Sarasota dream come true.

We're glad that Judy Green and Tara Lamb were the agents who listed our condo in The Landings.  They live in The Landings, so they know it well.  And they know how to work together.  They did everything that was needed to market our condo.

Real estate these days is very complex, involving photographs and advertising, scheduling visits, dealing with home inspectors, making final repairs, moving things out, and completing the closing.  They helped us all the way, and when we had to be out of town they took care of the details for us.  Thanks, Judy and Tara!

My "Realtor" David D'Angelo had to be my worst experience ever with a realtor. I listed my house at a price he said he could sell and I said "don't ask me to drop the price." 10 days after listing he asked me to drop the price and I said "No" David got mad and refused to put a sign in the yard, after I asked twice, and made no contact or updates on showings or feedback. The worst act made by David D'Angelo was on the final day of the listing agreement he picked up his lock box and threw my front door key on the front porch in plain view about 6" from the door. ANYONE could have been in my house when I returned! He endangered my safety and the security of my home! THE WORST REALTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEARD OF IN MY LIFE. My mother was a realtor, my brother and sister are still realtors in another state and are offended that they represent the same REALTOR professional agency as David D"Angelo of Michael Saunders in Sarasota.
