Originally founded in 1968 by Mary Smith Conover, Smith & Associates Real Estate is one of the few independent luxury brokerages left in the state of Florida today. Through the years and generations, we have become Tampa Bay’s trusted source for real estate needs and we’re proud to be continually ranked as the leading luxury brokerage in the area.

While we are a company with several international affiliations and state-of-the-art technologies, we continue to stay true to our hometown heart. Smith & Associates Real Estate has deep roots in the community, and maintaining that relationship is just as important to us as our daily business.

Giving back to the community which has so wonderfully supported our success is extremely important to us. In the last six years alone, Smith & Associates Real Estate has donated over $1.2 million dollars to local organizations and charities. While the list of organizations we support is vast, a few which are close to our hearts are the Mahaffey Theater, the Morean Arts Center, the Museum of Fine Arts, the American Heart Association and the University of South Florida Foundation.
