This is the ABSOLUTE worst company i have ever dealt with. They are completely disorganized and unavailable. They have often been rude to me and my roommates during times we were actually able to get in touch with them. We rented a house for a year and it was an absolute nightmare. Maintenance was never responded to after countless emails and calls and requests. It took MONTHS to have someone respond to me - and then to only have someone come out who didn't fix any of the issues (in which had accumulated to multiple issues since no one cared to come out or even acknowledge) We always paid our rent weeks early and towards the end of our lease we were accused of not paying and all of a sudden we were being bombarded with emails demanding us to pay them. Convenient, when they wanted money from us they were amazingly and miraculously always available. After multiple dealings and providing proof that we had indeed already paid, we were then faced with them losing our deposit and arguing with us that it was not paid either. We had to then provide bank statements. I've never seen a business so disorganized and unprofessional in all of my life. I would never recommend them to even my worst enemy.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bonnie for over a year now.  As a homeowner and a real estate investor we have done a great deal of business together.  Not only has she handled commercial and residential transactions for me she has also handled international transactions for me as well.  Her expertise is invaluable to my business.  She responds immediately to my requests and she makes buying and selling real estate EASY!  Bonnie is responsive, incredibly intelligent, confident, an expert in her field and above all a class act.

I have been investing in St. Petersburg real estate since the mid 1990s and have worked with several real estate agents on over 100 projects. Never have I dealt with the expertise and professionalism to match Bonnie Martinez.
Bonnie is very responsive, knowledgeable and goes to bat for you when you need her to.
I refer her to all of my friends who need a good realtor in their corner.
Bonnie has worked with my partners and I on both commercial and residential real estate transactions and has shown proficiency in both types of markets.
Her international real estate contacts and expertise gives her a distinct advantage when selling commercial projects and higher end residential homes.

My  husband, young son, and I moved to the area from out of state.  We had a weekend to find our first home.  Bonnie was recommended to us as a realtor because of her high reviews with previous customers.  We were not disappointed.  Bonnie was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very prepared and answered all of our first-time home buyer questions, even giving us hints and advice on issues we never would have considered. With Bonnie's help, we found a home in one weekend and closed on it just a few weeks later. We signed the final paperwork on my 3 year old's birthday. Bonnie threw him a surprise party at the office and kept him entertained while we signed the paperwork.  She also made herself available after we moved into our new home to answer our questions and make sure the move went well.  She was a gem from start to finish, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else but Bonnie.

My Wife and I moved from Saint Augustine Florida to an apartment in the Clearwater, FL area, so we could take time to look for the right home. We highly recommend Bonnie, as she worked with us to find our perfect home. Bonnie made the process much more enjoyable than it would have been without her. She always stayed professional and on schedule at the same time, which we appreciated very much. Her knowledge of the real estate business and the market in the area is as is outstanding.
We were not the easiest clients to please and we had certain criteria we had in mind for our home, which made it difficult to find. Bonnie remained very patient and continued to stay on pace. We would recommend Bonnie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area. It was a pleasure to went through our home buying experience with Bonnie.
