The service here was excellent. Two women and a young man helped me from start to finish in selecting a properly fitting suit, alterations, multiple shirts and ties. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names. A young african American woman had a clear passion for customer service and it really made this shopping experience excellent. The prices are high although that meets my expectations. They stock high quality clothing and a lot of it. It's also specialized clothing. Dear DXL corporate/store manager, the staff at this store is what makes it shine. If the staff weren't the way they are, this would be a 3* review. I will definitely be back. I came into this store for a BELT. I left with over $1500 of clothes (after sales prices) and a smile on my face. That is customer service at it's finest.

Think some of there stuff is not as good as it was back when they were Big and Tall. Price is high but that seems to be normal. Staff is great! So they add two star to the rating.

Expensive! Man are these people proud of their merchandise! Looked around for a few minutes but didn't buy anything. Won't be going back any time soon. Sales lady seemed a bit on the snooty side in my opinion.
