On a last minute whim, I decided to treat myself to an early bday present, and scheduled a haircut & color following my son's holiday photo session. I'm so glad I did! While kiddo & dad did some shopping, I got the best haircut of my life, and professional color for the first time in years. Marilyn is amazing and I can't wait to go back. The color and cut she recommended were perfect, and I was easily able to recreate the style at home.

I had to return a coat on Dec 30. They didnt have the size I needed. They ordered it and said it'll be in the following week. Well that week has come and gone. I called the store and they gave me another date. Well that date has pasted as well. I drove to the store just to see if the size I needed was available in the store. No luck at all. I talked to the clerk and I was given another date. To my surprise that date has past. Today is Jan 26, this took place on Dec. 30. Not satisfied at all. I think I will have to cancel this order and look else where. No calls or updates from the store. Bad customer service. They are usually pretty good. Not this time.

I had a gift return without a receipt and the gift was $$$. There were two items. They offered me $0.87 cents for one and 1.67 for the other. Really? They were too big. I quess they go by averages people paid. Not good. I donated the items to Goodwill. Made me sick they were so unwilling to exchange or gift card it. I have had good experiences other times though.

This is twice now JcPenny messed up our expensive ticket. 1st time when we ordered whole bedroom sry furniture. 12 hours before they tell us its 3 months out. Cancelled it. Lost 600 bucks in lost wages. Second purchase: A whole kitchen appliance package. 12 hours prior delivery again. They call. 3 months out. 600 bucks lost wages again. Cancelled order. Do not buy from JCPenny.

Took my boy in to get a haircut for school showed them a simple haircut with a hard part in the cut and they said they don't feel comfortable doing that I get that part. But when I say just do a medium fade and short on the top then the stylist says I still don't feel comfortable with that and kicks my son out of her chair that's what I don't get. So unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. A simple fade and you call yourself a stylist even when you can't do that. Kicking is out of the salon on top of all of it great work ladies I will take my son else where.
