I bought Shure SE215 headphones here. The price was the same as the online price. The purchase included a 1 year store warranty. Just under a year later, I brought the headphones in because they had cable problems and the audio cut out frequently in the right ear. They were great about honoring their store warranty, and I walked out with a new pair in short order. I did not expect it to be so easy. I am very happy with the service at Dyckman Electronics. Note: The warranty requires the receipt and the original packaging.

I saw a Ludwig Jr drum kit. I know that this specific drum kit costs $200 brand new. I wanted to see how much they were selling it for, so I asked a gentleman there how much they were selling it for and he told me $400. Needless to say, he got upset with me when I told him that I could go to Sam Ash and purchase that same drum set brand new for $200. Instead of trying to earn my business, he asked me why was I wasting his time. Funny thing is, our conversation did not last more than 30 seconds. I guess he was mad that he could not steal my money. Folks, do your research on products before buying from this store. It just might prevent you from getting ripped off out of your had earned money

Their work is not clean for a month can not send the camera. They could not solve the problem with the customs of some kind of mess there

This is a Great Place to go too and buy Electronics, they had everything I wanted.
