Since we have technicians throughout North Carolina and South Carolina at all times of the day and night, if it's an emergency, we can dispatch the closest one to your location and quickly call you back with the technician's name and estimated time of arrival.

Our Arrival
When our technician arrives to your home or business, he will quickly get to work to determine the problem and inform you of the options available to you. Once you approve work to be done, our technician will either get to work on it immediately, or schedule a future appointment, depending on the need.

Our technicians take great pride making sure they treat your home with care assuring you no damage or messy clean-ups when we leave.

After Completion
After your work is completed our technician will walk you through, step-by-step, the work which was performed, and have you sign the invoice confirming work was performed to your satisfaction. Because it's so important to us that your experience is positive, and you are satisfied every time, we'll leave you a satisfaction report card to fill out and send back to our office.

But wait! As soon as our technician gets into his truck he calls our office to check-in. Before he leaves we call you to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. That way everything is taken care of as quickly and conveniently as possible.

When and only when we get the final asurance that you're happy, the technician has finished his assignment.
