They were on time.  Cleaned up and left the area very neat.  Diagnosed and repaired the problem efficiently the first time.  We would definitely use their services again if needed.

Local and friendly.  Always responds quickly and lets you know exactly what needs to be done.  Our last issue was more complicated than any of the other jobs they had done for us and they offered cost saving options.
