I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and work from the Ben Franklin Plumbing team! Adam went above and beyond with both our 80 gal. water heater and kitchen faucet replacements. First, he kept the old water heater limping along until the new one could be ordered and installed. Second, he noted and corrected a number of issues with the original plumbing work both at the water heater & under the kitchen sink to avert any potential future problems. Adam is very knowledgeable and experienced, provided a detailed estimate of the costs, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained his work throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Adam and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Super customer service.  Booked an appointment and the company called 30 minutes before and then texted a short biography of our technician. Adam was fantastic.  Polite and answered all of my questions.  Fixed the leak.  My wife and I are very happy with the results.

I've had four experiences with the company and am not sure I'll return as a customer. The first two times were great - very knowledgeable, fair, and helpful. More recently, their installation of new shut off valves have started a chain reaction of repairs that led to a leak in our crawl space. Thus, the price we budgeted has doubled. I understand that it's old plumbing, but their initial repair directly led to more repairs that I had to pay for. With the price of plumbing, I can't afford for small jobs to double in scope and price.  They also need to improve their scheduling. Their calling service booked me for Monday. When I called to ask about warranties, they blamed the service for overbooking and moved it to Tuesday. On Tuesday, they called and blamed the scheduling service for booking too soon on Tuesday, though it was their own staff that made that reservation, and moved it to Wednesday. So two extra days without running water.  Overall, they are a solid option, but creating additional expenses and a poor calling service keep them from 5 star quality.

We had the pleasure of having Buck as our plumber in Nebo.  He called to let us know he was on the way.  He assessed the situation, went back into town to get supplies, and came back out and worked well after 5 to make sure we had running water and were taken care of.  He was professional and courteous.  He did a GREAT job!!

It's always nice when a contractor does his job exactly as he said he would. Cody made me a promise and kept his word. I was amazed that they did not stop until the job was done. Cody and his coworker were very professional in all aspects of the job.  Well done, thank you.

Very professional.  Our technician Cody was knowledgeable and helpful.  Benjamin Franklin recommended a repair instead of a costly replacement.  We appreciated the honest feedback without the pushy sale tactics.  We will use Benjamin Franklin again.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out of Morganton was awesome from start to finish! We have a well and were experiencing pretty bad water pressure issues that were worse with hot water. Another plumber had come out but struggled with the problem.  We then saw Ben Franklin had really good reviews so we tried them. On their first visit Cody really listened to the issue and thorough diagnosed. He immediately recalibrated the pressure gauge on the tank for improved pressure. But there were more issues. We have 2 10 year old hot water heaters that were failing. 1 water heater had a lot of sediment. Given their age it just made more sense to replace the units with tankless system rather than repair the old ones. They came back a week later and did a beautiful, clean and neat install and our water pressure has never been better!!

Fantastic service! I had a water heater put in my house and the whole job was completed exactly as scheduled and in a professional manner. Thank you so much to Cody and Zach for the quality work they did for me!
