Called and asked for pricing to have a toilet installed where one already exists. Was told pricing would vary and I would have to pay a $59 trip charge for plumber to come give an estimate. To replace an existing toilet with a new one? Unfortunately I guess I'll be looking elsewhere.

Just wanted to send an "At a Boy" for the work Frank (Carpenter) did to our house. He was very courteous and let us know everything he did. He also came back up to secure to shower head in the master bathroom and fixed the main bathroom floor and caulked that tub while he was there. He did not charge us for any of the work on the return call. Thank you for referring him to us and thank Frank for a job well done.

I thought I had had a good experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.  The leak started up again 2 days later.  I understand that things happen and wouldn't necessarily ding them for that.  But when I called to have them come back out, they refused to provide any sort of schedule other than "we'll call 30 minutes before we come".  So basically that locks me into sitting here waiting on a call that may come at the end of the day!  No consideration offered either for the inconvenience, tho they were quick to call me yesterday to say they needed to charge more than what was priced at the original visit.  So it seems to me everything is for their convenience and not that of the customer.  I won't be using them again.
