This is a great place to go take your pet. They take the time to listen to you and your concerns. I know Francis McCarthy, one of the owners, and he is just great! Very compassionate and understanding. He is well mannered and considerate. You can tell he loves what he does, and isn't that what we want in the places we take our beloved pets. I would recommend this hospital over any others!

They were great! Made sure I got an appointment quickly. I was seen quickly. They took care of my kittens perfectly. They weren't even 1 bit scared. The Vet was so kind and made sure all of my concerns/questions were answered.

All the staff at Easthaven really care about my dog. When I adopted my dog from a rescue shelter, she came with many health problems that had been neglected by her previous owners. I chose Easthaven to help care for her and I'm so happy I did. The vets have been great in diagnosing her problems despite having almost no history on my dog. She has needed multiple treatments and medications for different problems. All of these treatments and meds were unfamiliar to me so the staff explained everything thoroughly to me and have answered all of my many questions. In a month, by dog's health has greatly approved and she is being weaned off certain treatments. Not only is my dog healthier, but she's now happier! She also really loves going to Easthaven because the staff always greet her and make sure she's comfortable. I'm a happy dog mom and so I'd recommend Easthaven wholeheartedly!

The extended clinic hours makes it easy to get our dog checked out quickly. With a recent abscess, we ended up seeing nearly every vet there and all were gentle and helpful with explanations. Staff make follow up phone calls consistently, which is reassuring. Meds are prescribed liberally and when questioned further, discovered there is a cheaper NSAID, but it has to be disguised with food , which is not a problem with our dog. Would have liked to have known about this option from the start.

The staff are always efficient, caring and. knowledgeable. We trust them always to do a great job with our Gabbie.
