As I originally shared/posted last year,

Bike shops have been hit or miss for me. This shop is by far the best I've visited ever. I had a complicated issue on a new bike i bought elsewhere. I wasn't sure they would be willing to take a look but they did a tuneup and service. Justin their tech is by far the best there is. He is well versed in maintenance and understands the users/cyclists. I highly recommend going here for service and or to buy a new bike. *park on the street because their parking lot can be a bit hard to reverse out of with the traffic flying by.  Thanks guys, I will be back with all my bikes.

bought an e-bike from them and was happy with that, but my experience with a schwalbe tire they sold me leaves me feeling betrayed.  It blew out its sidewall when I installed and pumped it up for first time, obvious factory defect in any book and the store didn't stand up and support me to manufacturer.  I'm not going back - maybe you don't want to either.

Bad experience. I ordered a Bern bike helmet, and I only got confirmation of my order. My wait lasted about 5 days, still no other notification or whether it was shipped or not. I called and they mentioned that they were having difficulties with their system and the Labor Day Weekend. I gave them a pass, and asked if I would be notified of when they can my helmet shipped or even when they get it from Bern (as they had to order it from them). Never got word and it's past 15 days. Horrible service and very unprofessional. I just sent them an email to cancel my order, and i sure hope they do. Or else, I would have to go to greater lengths. 

Will not purchase from this company again.

Excellent customer service.  They had exactly the bike I wanted, the Dutch brand Vanmoof.  They are beauties and very distinct.  I also bought a colorful Nutcase brand helmet and a solid rope lock for a great price.   

Ask for Joe Witherspoon.
