Needed new brake cables and wasn't about to install them on my own! Called 3 places and chose this shop to save both time and money. When I came in Scott told me they were too busy initially. I told him that I had called ahead and he honored that in a friendly manner. He had it ready for me in 45 minutes. It was about 40% less expensive than the quotes I got from the two other stores I had phoned and THOUSANDS of percent faster! (Seriously, both other places estimated a five day turn around). Scott continued with his friendly service until I left and then even AFTER I left. On my way out, I went to inflate my tires with the store's pump. A clerk pointed out that the valve was crooked and suggested I go back and ask the repair crew to take care of it for me. Scott saw me and immediately tended to me. He fixed the skewed stem for free! I left feeling highly respected and appreciative of the excellent service.

The tech person I spoke with was knowledgeable. I felt confident that he will take good care of my Brompton folding bicycle.

Mixed experience for me. Sales staff (Christian) was extremely helpful and patient with us. He ended up ordering a bike for my wife without any commitment on our part. She loves her new bike. This was in June. Today, I went to the shop with my own bike for a check up. My expectation was that they will take the bike from me and call me when they were done. Even if it took several days. Well, I got a "no we don't have enough storage so come back another time". This basically wasted my time and guarantees that I won't shop there anymore. We actually went to another shop to buy a lock for my daughter right after that.

You get great service here. I went in for lights for my bike and was walked through all the options available. I ended up with nice, bright, durable safe lights for my bike. I am a customer for life. You cannot get that kind of service and knowledge online.

High-end bike shop with great customer service and selection. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This isn't your neighborhood shop, they sell mainly expensive bikes.
