More expensive than I expected, but they allow pets (at $10 a pop), my room was clean and quiet, and their breakfasts were actually prepared to order and delivered by a wait staff. Four stars because my room had been enjoyed by a cigar smoker in the recent past!! I would have asked for another room but it was after midnight and i couldnt deal with the hassle.

1. Rooms clean. 2. Room carpet clean. 3. Bathroom clean. 4. Breakfast - fixed 3 meal options to choose from. This is different from other Quality Inns. 5. Many restaurants nearby for lunch / dinner options.

Just what you need after a long day of driving. Convenient location, clean rooms and beds and hot showers. Prices are good

Location was off I-95 in South Carolina, the entire area stunk unlike anything I've smelled before, it was gastly. The room was better. I felt generally unsafe the entire time I was there, the bath wasnt taken care of and still had water left in it, turned dark. Food was fine, if a weird way of serving it (food coupons and actual waitresses/waiters).

Stayed here for the 2017 solar eclipse, in a suite. Bathrooms need attention - old, discolored, and corroded fixtures. Internet was slow. Other than that, a pretty good hotel - clean, comfortable, great service, nice Southern decor. Breakfast is a sit-down meal (still free) instead of a buffet. Higher quality food, but less selection and it's not unlimited. Don't know if I'd ever need to stay the night in Santee again, but this hotel would be a good option if you don't require everything to be brand new.
