Staying there for a week, only been their one day so this review is subject to change, but so far the econo lodge seems to be a good hotel, especially for the price. The complementary breakfast features more than some but definitely isn't five star, the food does seem fresh, just not as many options as some. It would appear the cleaning doesn't happen daily in the rooms which is somewhat bothersome (and the reason for the lost star) the attendant is very kind and helpful, the rooms are well equipped and everything you could need besides maybe a dining table. The cleanliness is also four stars, besides a little makeup on the sink the room was clean when we arrived along with the lobby. The towels are very small remind me of the towels at a few crappy days inn I've stayed at. This motel is also pet friendly for 15 dollars a night which is a huge plus.

My husband and I are staying here for a week with our two children. Late at night on weekends it's hard to get sleep since people don't know how to be quiet. Our key stopped working at one point as well. The first day they didn't even clean the room. The breakfast is the same thing every day. The fruit is just put in the fridge every night and put out again the next morning. Will stay elsewhere next time

They don't even deserve one star! My family was refused a room that I rented for them during an winter emergency on New Years Eve. They were traveling back to Tennessee and ran into unforecasted ice storm. Pamela at the front desk ( who refused to give her last name and hung up on me repeatedly ), was so rude to me and my family. My family had just witnessed a major accident on the interstate and were very shaken up. I booked the room through my Choice Rewards. Pamela refused to corporate with us at all! She refused to use the card I booked the room with online. My niece (who is in her 30s) only had cash and my nephew ( who is 19) had a bank card . She refused to take either forms of payment and was exceptionally rude to them. They were forced back on the treacherous roads and into an unsafe environment. I know there are policy, but I feel that during emergency situations exceptions should be made! To top it all off, SHE STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE ROOM!! The card she said she couldn't take!

To not allow my boyfriend (who traveled 2 hours so he could be with me while I recover from surgery) to get a room is ridiculous! I understand not wanting to lease the rooms out to locals - but this is a situation in which HE needed a room. Can locals not VISIT friends and family at hotels? I guess they inadvertently did us a favor since the place is dirty and their not-so-friendly staff don't have the decency to call people with reservations to notify them that they need to book elsewhere. IT'S RIDICULOUS!

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. The breakfast isn’t all that Jazz but it has stuff my kids will eat so I’m perfectly fine with that. Only downfall is the normal wear and tear, but it’s nothing major or off putting.
