Couldn't have had a more relaxing visit. Everything was perfect from the room to the delicious breakfast and evening snacks. The view from the deck was outstanding both in the evening and the morning. Watching the mist move through the valley was extraordinary. Hope to return again and enjoy Glenda's and Ken's hospitality.

Pros Beautiful Location about 20 minutes from town The lodge is very clean The owner and the chef are really nice The breakfast was really nice the first day Cons There is no shower, only a bathtub. So you have to go on your knees to get yourself clean... :/ There are time limits on the TV in the social area; there are no TV in the rooms. Same goes for the game room. 10 AM to 10 PM The owner is always around. ALWAYS. There are a lots of stink bugs in the rooms Overall A bit pricey for what you get.

If you are looking for a relaxing bed and breakfast with beautiful views, this is the place! The innkeeper Glenda makes an amazing breakfast each morning that is served on the patio overlooking the trees and surrounding mountains. The gravel driveway is steep and can be a challenge to get up to the house. Highly recommend staying here when you are in the Asheville area.

Wonderful view! Plus-Beautiful log lodge with game room, movie loft with free drinks and snacks. Hot tub, fire pit, nature trail, and awsome decks to view the scenery. Negatives, the view from blue berry and straw berry is just a bank. Blueberry is listed as the only room spa tub in room, but they all have one. The breakfast was fancy but tiny.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, you have found it!! The Innkeepers, and staff are so wonderful!! The kindness and hospitality they showed us will definitely make us return there. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL, the view are MAGNIFICENT, everything was above what I imagined. I loved this place!!!
