Beautiful private condos with a multitude of amenities. Within a 10 minute drive to almost anywhere in downtown Ashville. The balcony views are adequate as one would expect from something not over looking a beach or something of that nature. The front desk staff was incredible and provided my wife and I numerous places to both eat and entertain ourselves. Can't wait to see the place after the renovation! We will be back!!

Rooms are more like small apartments. Completely furnished full kitchen. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but we did enjoy the hot tub a few times during our stay. I took away 1 star because the walls are thin! You can hear every move from the rooms above you! Staff were extremely friendly and quick to respond to any needs that we had. Even with the loud neighbors we had I would stay here again.

Gorgeous, clean suite. Comfy bed. And convenient location. Very well worth the cost. It was a significant contributing factor in the outcome of our Asheville visit. I would stay here again.

Got this room at the last minute and got an excellent rate. It was very comfortable and roomy for 3 adults and one rambunctious 6 year old. Didn't have to go out and eat as kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Grocery store just 2 miles away. I'd say we got a great deal for our two night stay.....will definitely stay again.

We rented a studio, which had a full kitchen, massive bathroom & everything that we would want. It was clean & well maintained. The pricing was similar to a “slightly above average” hotel so it seemed like a great deal to me. The fire pit at night was a nice touch as well.
