I can say so many things about this great hotel, love the suites and its like staying overnight in a quite and relaxing place with no noise. I love the bathrooms with its huge tubs and so much room and the beds are so very comfortable and super soft and its so hard to get up the next morning, its like you want to stay in bed all day!The breakfast is so much more than other hotels in what they call a free breakfast! Love the quite and peaceful hotel, where you can really get some good rest and be productive the next day.The area around the hotel are great for dinning out and sight seeing.

Stayed at the Hilton this past weekend and at first there was some mix up charging my card for the room when the room was paid for just wanted to pay the valet separate from the room and he charged my card for the room and valet. I was pretty upset cause that was a lot of cash that i was gonna use for the trip but they handled the situation and is gonna call the bank for me to put my money back in my bank account. Other than that mix up everything was great and they took care of us for the mix up I understand people makes mistakes but when the employees from the Hilton can turn around and take care of us like they did ill be back. Very good customer service and quick to help you as much as they can.

We stayed in a king junior suite in the corner of the sixth (top) floor. Accommodations were nice, but not overly ritzy. They provide a bath robe, but no slippers. Nice large windows, but did not feel private at all. Windows looked out on shopping area and the highway. Highway noise was surprisingly loud. We could hear the guests next door get into their shower while in bed. Friendly staff. Nice pool area, although as with most hotels, it was rather chlorine-drenched. Roux, the hotel restaurant was actually a nice dinner spot. Right next door to the regal theater and some shopping. With traffic, it took between 25-30 to get downtown asheville. Overall, nice overnight stay.

This hotel has the nicest staff! My fiancé and I were traveling to Charlotte when both i40 and i26 were closed due to bad weather. All the hotels near us were booked, including the Hilton. Even though there were no rooms open the staff at the Hilton let many people take shelter in their ballrooms! They gave us food, drinks, blankets, and pillows to get us all through the night! They even allowed us to bring in our two dogs regardless of their size! I want to thank all the staff at this Hilton location, you are amazing!

Absolutely the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been to a lot. The staff was more than employees of a hotel, they made us feel as if we were staying with friends and family. They went above and beyond to make our stay like a fairytale weekend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff of the Hilton in Asheville, NC.
