This is a great stay. Keira, the concierge, was warm and very welcoming. This started our experience like we were coming home. She was kind and very easy to talk to. The rates are low for such a nice place. It was quiet enough during sleep ours the my daughter was able to sleep through the night without being disturbed. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend the Brookstone to anyone who needs a great place to stay.

It was a nice place to stay off the mainstream of hotels and motel. Nice comfortable rooms with excellent showers.

Loved that jacuzzi tub in my room. Plenty of space for two to relax and stretch out . Would have gave better rating but there was confusion at check-in and house keeping didn't know the room was occupied and attempted to enter while we were in the bath. The deadbolt wasn't working but the latch was closed and he kept trying to open it. I announced we were in there, but he didn't respond til I grabbed a towel and went to the door. Everything else has been more than I expected for the price we got.

Work put my coworkers and I up at this hotel due to snow making several employees call out. Getting off work at midnight, I was freezing and tired. Audrey at the desk was courteous and kind. She informed me of the breakfast hours in the morning. It was worth looking forward to in retrospect and nicer than many hotels off of major highways. The room was nice and bathroom much better than expected. Not the best the area has to offer, however overall very pleasant experience. Since work covered it I can't speak to cost. Certainly recommend it over budget common chains.

Love this place. So cozy and comfortable. Reminds you of a bed and breakfast. My husband and I always choose to stay here when we come to Asheville. Definitely a hidden gem.
