Ordered a Valentines gift for my wife and had them deliver it to her job.I called at 3 oclock to see what happened they told me it would be there in thirty minutes.I called them back at ten minutes to five because my wife was mad everyone she worked with was getting gifts and she didnt which made her feel bad and me look bad.I called at that time because my  wife was getting off at 5. Lady on the phone told me call my wife and tell her to wait the delivery guy was walking in the door.There went the surprise but i did she stayed till 5:15 no gift.I called the next day and got nowhere (was my fault to )which i was told i would be called back that day by the manager who said she would have her boss call me. Im still waiting.

I've ordered gifts from here for years and I've always been very happy. The arrangements look EXACTLY like what I pick on the website and they are very fresh and tasty. Delivery is always on time. One year when there was a threat of snow, they contacted me to make arrangements to deliver on a different day, a day early at no extra charge. They were very friendly and helpful.
