We had Lowe’s remodel our bath after another company started and never finished. Lowe’s requires 100% payment up front. Then we had to wait many weeks before they even started. Josh was very professional and particular, which we like. Once completed early November 2017, we took a shower and the water stands and we shower with our feet covered with water. I used a level and the shower floor does not slope till just before the drain. Lowe’s guarantee says they guarantee it’s right. One year on workmanship and life on product. But it’s February 16th, more than 3 months since we spoke to Lacy about the issue. Today I spoke to Ms Amos, the coordinator who said no one even let her know there was a problem. Lacy made no notes either. The reordered product was delivered to Lowe’s last week 2/10/18. I asked Lacy about it over and over and she said it wasn’t there. Then Tuesday this week I pressed her about it and she said it was delivered last week. I asked when it would be installed (we lost an entire week since delivery) but as of yet no date. It appears that once Lowe’s gets paid upfront they are in no hurry to install or reinstall. I’ve had to continue asking Lacy when it will be fixed, what will be done and what’s taking so long. We’ve been so patient but after this long I’m ready to get all our money back and have someone else make this right if it isn’t done prior to 2/22/18. Just beware of a company who expects all funds up front. When we asked about it we were told they do that in case we run out of money. Really? I feel like Lowe’s feels we are just dumb to give us that explanation. We won’t use this company again.

Was in this store 20 minutes and not one associate acknowledged us. There were several employees talking amongst themselves but did not offer any assistance. The girl working the register at the lumber check out was on her cell phone and never looked up. The worst customer service I've seen in a long time. We visited the Home Depot store before we went here and I must say it was a night and day difference. Every employee at Home Depot we saw offered to help us. Thank you Home Depot!

Great customer service by Kyle! One older gentleman (employee) was constantly talking and yapping to a customer about something that had nothing to do with the business of Lowes. A young man named Kyle was very helpful in assisting me and locating the flashlights that I needed for Father's Day. He was very efficient and I appreciated him stepping out of his way to help me and then Miss Judy at the cashier's register called me over to her station to check me out when I did not see that she was available. (And I got some great deals at the clearance racks!)

I came to Lowe's shopping for several items. One of witch was going to be a future purchase. I keep coming back to Lowe's because I have found their sales staff ready to help and it seems they almost always know what they are talking about. And, lastly I was a Combat Medic in ths United States Army and I like the way this national, giant company honors us for our service.
