We purchased a set of mattress's from Johnathan Wilder on January 20,2018. We could not have asked for a better experience. Johnathan took his time helping us decide and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this store a Valley View Mall if you are looking for quality bedding at a great price. Also ask for Johnathan, you wont regret it.

Salesman Evan was super helpful. Didn't try to push me into something I wasn't comfortable with. Was just concerned in helping me find the mattress that fit me.  Really great prices and great service!

Went there to buy a mattress it took me 3 hours to get through the sale I wanted to buy a king size but they didn't deliver to Clifton Forge Virginia I was working with Jonathan who said he was the store manager I must say he would have given me a good price but I bought a Queen size bed  Then I went to grand furniture ad applies and experience and they deliver for free Went back to get  Refund  Was told it would take 10 days after 10 days I tried to find out where my refund was Nobody really had a clue I try to call the corporate number and that's just a game so I called the corporate number to act like I was buying a bed I asked for the supervisors phone number but I found out they laid her off back in June of 2017 Was pleasantly surprised she called me back and told me that she was laid off she recommended that I should go to social media so that's what I did and that's when I got my  Refund  So all I can say is buyer beware is it only makes me think what if I had a warranty issue Guess I did pay a little more at grand furniture but I feel better about how they handle their business you get what you pay for

Great prices and very nice selection. Jessica was awesome, she did a great job helping us find what mattress would suit our needs. Very pleased!

Our sales person was Jessica and she was wonderful! Wasn't pushy at all and seemed to really care about what I needed and could do with my budget. The delivery people were great as well, they were very quick and professional.
