This is by far the worst Einstein's I have ever been too. The ordering process took forever and the checkout took even longer. The cashier was constantly asking the manager how to do things and even the manager didn't know what she was doing. I had ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and an orange juice. What I got was a cold bagel with cold butter on it and spoiled orange juice. I took the orange juice back and got another but it was also spoiled! The manager had an attitude and had an issue with every customer and had an argument with several people about their gift cards being invalid. This store really needs to be brought up to speed on how an einsteins should run. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

CAme in and had a Good experience. Josh The Team Leader has great customer service. The toaster, burned my bagel just a little. I would definitely return to this Location, and next time tell them to lightly toast my bagel.

Wow. Maybe I'm just spoiled from another location I used to frequent but this place has TERRIBLE customer service. I've been here 4 times and every time I'm walking out disappointed in their attitudes and work ethic. The young lady just yells your name and walks away....what if someone is sitting outside your just gonna let our food sit and get cold? Sandwiches are subpar...don't meet expectations, always lacking enough of something. Oh, also, don't think I've seen a single smile on anyone's face...ever. Bummer, really love this chain but they lost our business.
