Bought a mattress from Steve today. Great experience. He gave a great price and was no pressure. We had gone everywhere and he beat all other stores by $400-500 on a Beautyrest. This includes other Mattress Firm stores as well. Better pricing than Sears, Macys, Seep Source, Etc.

What a pleasant experience it was shopping and purchasing a mattress at Mattress Firm! Daniel, our sales advisor, was so helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and did not give us a bunch of hype and pressure. The selection of mattresses was excellent. We are very pleased with the mattress we purchased. Delivery was accomplished on the same day and the two gentlemen that made the delivery were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Our next mattress will be purchased at Mattress Firm and hopefully with Daniel. Kudos to him!

Horrible customer relation/support. Bought a Serta queen mattress set for young son. Began breaking down in first year to the point where it was like sleeping in a taco shell. Called the store while in warranty and they said sorry. Would not stand behind their inferior product despite the fact that we had purchase 3 sets in 4 years from them. Basically called us liars and said it was not their problem. If you want a company that stands by their product and values return customers, this is NOT your store. The mattress needs replace and not only would they not replace it, they refused to even offer a discount on a replacement. Do NOT shop Bedmart.

My wife and I worked with Genevieve on getting a new bed for our guest room. She was amazing and matched our needs to the best option for our room. I would highly recommend using this store and Genevieve specifically! Thanks Bedmart.

This store and the Bedmart company actually deserve ZERO stars. Run away from Bedmart! We purchased a very expensive BeautyRest mattress a few weeks ago. Upon delivery, we quickly discovered that it was nothing like the demo mattress in the showroom. We complained to the Arizona Bedmart manager, Ryan Ralphs, and he never responded. The store staff could care less. They even insisted on charging us the $99 fee to get another mattress, which was also horrible. Again, RUN AWAY from Bedmart.
