Good selection but their return and exchange policy leaves something to be desired and bexause of that, I use them always as a second option... Mainly when I need a hard to find printer cartridge but NO on large items.

I purchased a washing machine and the entire process from purchase to delivery was excellent! I want to give a shout out to the delivery gentleman Ammar, he identified a better location for my washer and dryer so it was more convenient for me.

I have purchased a few of my appliances from here and have never had a bad experience. The staff have always been kind and helpful when I had questions.

DO NOT EVER BUY CAR AUDIO PRODUCTS FROM HERE, never let the 16 year old employees work on your car or install any car audio parts here, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!.....they will not honor your warranty, if it breaks you could be left with no sound in your car! I had a scheduled speakers install and I guess more expensive jobs popped up, so they gave me a stupid excuse on why they could not do it. Another time much later, they installed an amplifier in the trunk sandwiched between fabric panels and on the first summer day it overheated and left me with no sound. I had to remove it myself pay for shipping back and forth from California then reinstalled it just to get my sound back. Waste of time and money. They were rude and pushy about NOT HONERING ANY WARRANTY!!

This is one of very very few stores that have made it to my "never shop there" list. I had bought a couple of software discs there, but with relatively suspicious plastic seals on. When I opened them, it had blank discs inside. When I brought everything back to return it, I had showed them that the plastic was from their store's sealer and that in all likelihood an employee had stolen the discs. Customer service was unwilling to help and the manager was hostile to the prospect of underhandedness of an employee (or was the guilty party responsible). I contacted the corporate customer service to submit my complaint, but they failed to follow through on any promises delivered. If for some reason you do shop here, I suggest you open whatever you buy on the spot.
