First time in years that We get what We want and the food was fresh. The girl at the counter was very friendly and our order was given to us in 10 minutes after ordering. Features: It has the social distance signs on the floor at the register line.
Stay away if you want value and service!! We haven’t been to this particular Burger King in four years since we moved out of the area, and it was terrible then. But if possible, it’s gotten EVEN WORSE! The food is definitely below Burger King quality, and they didn’t have even have any high-chairs available for our toddler!! Go ANYWHERE but here. If you want BK, there’s another a mile west of here.
Thought how convenient to have burger king next to the laundromat. Walked over to grab some food. The lady working at the drive thru even looked at me. Doors are locked to lobby. That's strange to have lobby locked at lunch on Monday. Give zero stars if I could.
My husband and I stopped here to get a bite to eat last night. We were impressed by the food quality! This is the first time in my life that I've been to a Burger King in my life that the food look absolutely great! Fries and onion rings were also fresh and hot! The only downside is the service wasn't that great we stood at the counter for about be 10 min before even being greeted and there lobby was empty and not many cars in the drive thru! The lobby was very dirty with a lot of garbage on the floor and tables were very dirty and the soda machine out of ice!
After many times of receiving cold food, wrong orders, and forgotten items, I cannot recommend this store. This is one the worst Burger King restaurants I ever had the displeasure of ordering from, and will not go to ever again. No attempt for communication, no attempt for compensation, and very unprofessional. Don't go here.
During my meal I saw 3 fights between the employees, specifically the cashier with Sarai, the cashier with customers, and the cashier with other employees. The food was given to me cold due to the mess when delivering the order. There was only regular coke.Food: 2/5
Worse Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life my card got charged they claimed it got denied it in fact didn’t and the manager was extremely unprofessional i paided for food I never got worst customer service there is in Orlando
2nd time at this particular BK that you pull into Drive thru and they tell you we'll be right with you....only to sit and wait 10+ mins for someone to take your order. Ridiculous to say the least and I will never frequent this lousy BK location again.
Restaurant has been newly refurbished unlike most Burger Kings in the area, fresh and clean. Staff are all friendly and food is up to standards far above McDonald's!
The rudest customer service ive ever had. Didn't even order couldn't they couldn't shut up and listen and what they did hear they didn't comprehend. I do Ubers too and they don't acknowledge you and then when they do don't give you a time or est. If the worst customer service ive ever witnessed
