I have traveled with them for several years. Buses are always on time and booking is very easy and fast. Would recomend.

Surprisingly, better than the Grayhound station next door. You can drop off in the covered parking. The bums do not hassle you as they are run off.

Extremely disappointed of their service. Bus got 2 hours and a half LATE to the station. This is my third time traveling with them and the bus has been late for all three. I take the 12:00 pm bus and the earlier that the bus has been in the station is 1:30 pm. It is an ABSOLUTE LACK OF RESPECT for other's time.
