Very Very Pissed. I have rented a bus from this company over 10 times. This time alone with other times the bus have had issues. Tonight it is 41° and I'm told by the driver the bus doesn't have heat. While on the road the windows are fogging up because there is no heating. This is a safety hazards and too many lives are on a bus. I called dispatch to be questioned what do you want us to do? We don't have buses just sitting in Louisiana if you want to wait 6 hours we can dispatch you another bus but it will take at minimum 6 hours to reach you. I asked that a bus be in Houston so we could transfer over. She said ok. Where are you going I told her, she then said where is that (very rude and unprofessional)? So we was forced to ride in this COLD BUS FOR 4 HOURS.... Times before the engine would not start, thank God one of the guys on the bus was a mechanic. He got the bus started. Times before little problems. Short of drives had to be taken to Houston yard to switch drivers 3 trips because company was short drivers. One driver sleeping while driving. This is too many BIG PROBLEMS to be renting buses. We are paying for SERVICE. NO HEAT IS TOO MUCH. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT.
