The bus was air-conditioned. And the driver drove directly to our destination. I kept an eye on the driver. He was always alert paying attention to the road which made me feel safe and comfortable. I will use El Tornado Bus in the future and recommend it to friends and relatives. Oh, and their prices were reasonable.

They confuse you when you get off the bus you arrive at. W hen having to transfer to a different bus they tell u what number you got to go to transfer but when boarding they tell you that you're suppose to be at number such and such. Confuse us says, "Im confused."

Costumer service is the worst. Every time someone answeres and i try to talk about my issue that hang up.
