Have gone a few times with mostly successful trips. Wait times were reasonable. Typically the greeter makes sure I have what I need and it works out. Today the greeter sent me in, but once I made it to the counter I found out I need to go to the State office instead. Please, make your best effort to educate your greeters on all possible situations. If the greeter would have sent me to the state office, I would have understood but this was a waste of my time.

When they update the requirements of what is needed to renew a license, it would be nice if they made it known to the public.

Had a question about registering a car. They answered the call right away and i got my answer right then.

Went during the lunch hour which is usually super busy for a DMV and I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new car purchase
