I've done a lot of business with this particular Best Buy location. They have done an awesome, over the top, job every time I do business with them. They're some of the best employees, who won't reference you to just their products, but suggest other companies to ensure complete satisfaction. The prices are excellent, service is amazing. The geek squad is also very amazing and very informative when delivering or repairing a product. The staff are very knowledgeable and will help you till you're fully satisfied. Some will literally walk with you all across the floor to make sure you get everything you need. My favorite electronics store, I highly recommend it.

I am Indian, I found the Best buy is really a best buy shop and site. They are giving good service to each customer and even they makes you fully understandable about their product. Customer interaction is amazing.

They never misguide to sell their product. What shows, they sell.

Even, if you don't like go and return and get your money back.

No hassle, No worries.

Terrible customer service. Employees are not friendly or helpful. I waited 45 minutes for an exchange for a defective product. I spoke with 6 different people and was assured it wouldn’t take much longer. Finally I was tired of waiting and asked for a manager. I was told the product was not in stock. No one knew what was going on. Stick to Amazon folks

Best Buy has really stepped up their game. A few years ago I might have wondered why people wouldn't buy everything on Amazon now a days, but boy what a mistake that would be. The associates her were very knowledgeable and helpful in addition to making sure I got the absolute best price by doing a search on the laptop I bought. It would be silly not to go here, especially when purchasing something that is such a significant investment. Very satisfied!
