I want to thank the staff at Elite Veterinary Care for the compassion they showed me when I had to let my sweet puppy go.  They told me I could take as much time as I needed to say goodbye.  They never rushed me even though it was past their closing time. Thank you for your compassion and care.

Stopped in to pickup some medication and was met at the door by a warm smile.  The team has hit their stride after all the tribulations of the past and provide solid service.  I was quickly run up and could have been on my way, but I visitted a bit and updated their Google listing.  The cozy office is clinical only where it needs to be and the Doc and staff are very friendly and competent.

After being a customer here for years, I am astonished at the insensitivity and lack of professionalism showed to my family today. We had to put our beloved family member of 13 years to sleep due to heart failure, and had explained we were going to bury her in the backyard. As they carried her out, the tech stood holding her for a prolonged time until another technician had to tell her to hand our girl off to a family member. As we were leaving, she had the nerve to say "If you can, please bring the blanket back after." So if your family member was put to rest here, they probably reused the blanket. I will be telling as many people in a Hurst as possible to never get their pet cared for here as they do not see them as your family member but instead a number. By the way, your crappy blanket is buried with my beloved family member and friend.

Vet is great, man at the front desk is remarkably condescending and borderline insulting, hidden behind the facade of "trying to help."  Essentially, it translates to "you (patient) are too stupid to understand what I am saying."  I do not need you to constantly explain something to me in the attempt to change my mind about an elective procedure.  I got it the first seven times.  In the future, I will purposely try to avoid speaking with him and schedule appointments only when he is not there.  If it is too difficult, I will sadly go somewhere else.

I take my Rat Terrier there and she (and I) love it.  I find the costs to be in line with other practices.  I have never had anything other than a great experience.
