Reviews

They refused to fill online prescription for heardguard plus, because they sell in the office for much higher price.  They also claimed that the online vendor was not reputable.  However, the online vendor is also FDA approved, and purchase from the same supplier.  Considering how much we pay in vet fees already, it's very unprofessional for this clinic to show bias.  It would be the same if a doctor only allow you to buy medication from the office, but not any other pharmacy.

We love Dr. James and the North Texas Vet Clinic. Everyone from Dr. James to the staff is very caring and friendly and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. There are never any surprise charges and prices are fair, doing what they can to reasonably minimize costs where possible. They have taken great care of our aging dog and often call shortly after appointments to check on her progress. We are so glad we found Dr. James and the North Texas Vet Clinic and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff is super sweet and helpful and Dr. James is great. They definitely aren’t the type of vet that is just trying to get you to spend unnecessary money on your pet and they provide you with basic at home treatments or recommendations. They are always up front about prices, which I feel are fair, and don’t see annoyed when you ask. They always have availability and do their best to squeeze you in on short notice.

THE Best Vet and staff ever to take care of my pets. Professional,  friendly,  knowledgeable and always looking at ways to better care for your little,  or big, 4 legged child.  From caring for our boy up to his last days,  making arrangements with respect for his disposition to welcoming a new one.  Our pain and joy was theirs as well. Should be recognized as best Vet in Keller.
