My only issue that someone called in noise complaints on us two days in a row.   We do have kids and though they weren't whispering or tip-toeing they were not loud.   Plus both times were not during the "quiet" hours.   The second time I had been up for all of 10 minutes and made coffee and helped my 4 year old get to the restroom.  That was it and the phone rang.   The lady at desk seemed like maybe whoever was making the complaint was maybe sensitive.   They have year round residents and I am thinking they arent fond of vacation rental idea.  Place was great otherwise.  Beautiful views.   Maybe just ask for kid friendly building.

The views were great from our room. The rooms could use some updating but they were clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant on site is permanently closed but the full bar has a menu with bar food on it. All and all we had an enjoyable stay.

Could use a couple of improvements...a grab bar in the shower and a light in the closet. Great view of the bridge and bay. Spartan furnishings but the bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the shops, less than a mile. Overpriced for what you get. Don't think we will stay there again. Ocean view and beach front properties available for much more reasonable rates.

My son and I arrrived at the Embarcadero to find the TV not working and a lamp that was broken. I am giving the resort 4 out of 5 stars based on the fact that Gary and his team remedy the situation the best they could. In addition we have stay there several other times with no other issues. Thank you Gary and staff

Wonderful views of the bay and it's surroundings. Nice Lanai to sit at and watch the boats. Room was comfortable and well appointed incl a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They have a private dock you can crab from. They rent the pots, bait and boats. They have slips for personal watercraft.
