Good room for the price. Had a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. The complimentary breakfast had self serve waffles that we're quite good. Great location for the beach, shopping and food. There's also a really awesome Dutch Bros one block over. Check in and out we're easy and customer service was great. What I did not like was the lights above the bed we're two different types one a soft yellow the other bright white so they couldn't be used at the same time. In addition to that when the guests above us used the shower or tub the water noise in the plumbing was very loud in our room. Over all still a great place for people on a tight budget!

Needed a place for the Seafood Wine festival. And even with surrounding hotels jacking up prices because of the event this hotel was perfect. We were able to check-in early and the room was already clean and ready. I had the top floor so I was able to see the ocean. Knowing its not on the Oceanfront I was still satisfied. Only thing bad was the parking. Woke up to a clutter of cars that made it hard to get my truck out. I know it isn't the hotel fault but couldve maybe extended parking lot for guest next year or future events.

A good value.  Upper rooms with an ocean view are a bonus.  Everything worked.  Clean enough.  Bed was hard but tolerable.  Curtain sucked: could not be opened wide and blocked ocean view too much.  Included breakfast offerings and setup are bare bones.  Would return for the value.

DUMP! mold in bathroom , mold and broken seal on fridge, Oceanview is from bathroom window looking hard left. 

Staff was nice.  Breakfast was a stretch.  It was continental at best.   Short walk to wharf, limited crossing on HWY and across the street from an adult video store. 

Beds squeeked at the slightest movement.   Cigarette butts in stairway and corridors. Just not a great place.

I'm sure it is a nice hotel. Would have been nice if I would have been able to come today. Maybe next time huh? I'll update my review at that time.
