I was staying here with a friend. The place is in a great location and was bright and clean. But the noise from the unit upstairs was unbearable. At times the thumping on the floor made me actually jump. You could hear them talking. They had a dog that they left for awhile that howled for over an hour. When resort management was called it was explained that the above unit was an embarcadero hotel rental but they would contact their management. Well, that only seemed to make things worse. They people upstairs were running around, even moving furniture repeatedly until after 12:30 am both nights. I could even hear them with headphones on watching videos on my phone. Not acceptable. Floors are too thin and squeaky. I'd rather stay home.
