My cat was laying on my floor and looking miserable. After talking with my vet I brought him in to the emergency vet on Wednesday around 9:00 pm. My cat cried on the way to the vet and when I brought him inside to check in he was still howling. The receptionist was the only disappointment as she spent time talking with someone who didn't appear to have an animal there. Fortunately one of the vet assistants heard my cats cries, came out and asked me what was going on. Once she heard what was going on, she took him right back and started taking his vital signs. I was taken to a room and waited for someone to come in and let me know what was going on. The vet tech came back to talk to me and I wasn't expecting what she had to tell me, my cat was critical and they were working on him. They came back several times to let me know what was going on and unfortunately it wasn't good. My cat was dying and there wasn't anything they could do to save him. Surgery or medication wasn't going to fix the problem. The only thing I could do was make the decision to put him to sleep as his body was shutting down. I was able to be with him and talk to him before he was put to sleep and was able to be there with him when the vet gave him the medication to send him to heaven. She was extremely compassionate and explained to me what had happened to him. I was able to say goodbye and let him know how much I loved him. Because I made the decision to bring him home to bury him they prepared him for me to bring home. The vet and vet techs were extremely compassionate and kind to me. i would definitely bring my other animals there if they required emergency services. The only disappointment as I mentioned was the receptionist who didn't seem to understand that I was here with an emergency and had the vet tech not come out when she did, my cat would have remained in pain and crying until the receptionist finished her conversation. Everyone else was extremely compassionate and caring on a horrible night for me. They showed scooter, my cat, and me compassion and when I left bringing home my kittie to bury him I knew that they did everything they could and helped him from suffering more.

Care, Compassion and Honesty. They took care of my little buddy, they were compassionate with me about the situation and they were honest about his health. They even made a follow up call to ensure my pup was doing better. I would recommend them to anyone who's pet needs help. Thank You, Matt Stanford & Bennett the Beagle

My daughters dog was brought in after being hit by a car, they gave us bill of 1900 being the lowest and 2490.00 being the highest. We agreeded and payed 500.00 down. Next morning at 7 they called and said the dog could come home she did good thru the night, then they call at 10:30 saying she was worse needed a lot more care and now it's gonna cost more then 5000.00 and we had to pay another 1000.00 today or put her down. They care more about money then anything else! You do not give a price then another vet comes in and it all changes!! I'm so angry with this hospital! Don't take your dog, there. I'm also calling BBB and showing them the bill they gave us.

In response to your opinion on service animals, I do indeed have my monkey registered as a service animal and an emotional support animal. If your staff would have taken a moment to look at my registration, you would have seen that. Also. There is no diseases we can catch from the new world primate I had with me. Again, proper professional training would have made you aware. Your lack of knowledge caused you to be uncompassionate and it's a horrible way to run a business. Even if I had no registration and there were communicable diseases, the elderly nurse still acted in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful capacity. There is no excuse for being that cold hearted. It's like she has never had a pet pass.
