Called to schedule a service for a Recall on AIRBAGS. They scheduled me for 8/8/2017 at 5:30 PM. Had to get off work early and when I got there they told me my parts were not in, they hadn't even made a request/purchase yet! Why did you schedule me?! 

I also mentioned to them that I got a shield guard for the inside and outside of my car when purchased, but was never called back to schedule. They told me that purchase was not in the system. I was called a liar, thank goodness I had the contract in my car showing I did in fact buy it! 

Service here has just been awful. They will sweet talk you into making a purchase and just dump you into a system that doesn't even work.

I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Ron Tonkin Chevrolet. I worked with Will (Guillermo) through the process, he was amazing to work with. I was planning on purchasing a similar 4Runner from a private party. I called Ron Tonkin to get information on pricing of the vehicle so I could make sure I was not overpaying to the private party. Will offered to drive the 4Runner to my work within hours so I could compare them!  With no pressure I was easily convinced that the Ron Tonkin vehicle was a better and smarter choice. I cannot say enough good things about Will. He was very willing to work with me on price of the 4Runner and price of my trade in,  all while working with my schedule. Dealing with me he had to have a lot of patience. He is a very personable person who understands life and that customers have choices to make. No pressure, no hassle, he went out of his way to work with me and my timeline when purchasing the 4Runner (which I am beyond happy with!). Thank you Will!

UPDATE.....after buying I noticed some issues that excitement didn't allow me to notice. Brought it to the attention of the company and Salespeople....I'm sure U know, they didn't want nothing to do with it and didn't even try to make it right....Shame on you!!!!

They wanted to charge me $130 to inspect an electrical issue that I knew the exact location of, problem I was facing and solution to. I just needed a professional opinion on whether or not It looked like It had been serviced before since the vehicle was manufactured. 

 It would literally have taken them 5 seconds to look at, give a professional opinion on, and send me on my way, but nope... 
The guys sitting around on their swivel chairs went back to their whole lotta doing nothing when I walked away from that joke!

 Found a dealer later that day for $45 less, and yet another for only $20! 

Guess I know where ill be going back to.... not Ron Tonkin Chevrolet!

Don't let yourself get robbed.  If it feels like you're getting taken for your money, you probably are.   Follow your instincts like I did as far away from this place as possible!
Shopping around will almost always save you money if you're smart about it.

They are always so friendly and so helpful. Bought a certified used car there almost a year ago and the whole buying process was easy, no pressure and they had great customer service and not pushy at all like other places I have been. Since then I have done all maintenance with them and everytime I go they answer all my questions, are happy, kind and help me work out a maintenance plan that works for me and my budget. I have yet to have a bad experience there.
