Although I didn't buy a brand new car and bought what was probably a lower-end car I still feel like I was treated really well. The sales person listened to what I was looking for and showed me the perfect car, and I ended up buying the first car I looked at. The manager was actually pretty down to earth, he seemed to really care, and he made some suggestions I didn't know where options that specifically benefitted my needs and life style, and not just his business needs and interests which I REALLY appreciated. The finance guy was pretty forward, but in a good way. When you're dropping a lot of money for a new car it's really nice to have a guy take charge and be honest with you. I knew what to expect and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, lied to, or like anything was being hidden from me. He was really nice and seemed like an upstanding trustworthy kind of guy. My only complaint is the used car I bought had some minor issues, the radio didn't turn on and the odometer at the time didn't work. The problem with the odometer is every time you start the car up it switches from full functional, to half functional, to non functional, so the dealership might never have known it was not working because sometimes is works fine and I don't fault them for that. They actually ended up making a good experience a great one from this issue. When I went back I spoke to their service guy, Raymond, who was awesome. I told him my concerns, I felt he genuinely cared, and he took the time despite not expecting me to come in to tell me all my options and what to expect. He even gave me his personal number and arranged for me to have transportation home and back so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for hours while they detailed and fixed my car. When they picked me up the car looked great, fixed the radio no problem, and the odometer that was working fine that morning went out again so I could show him what it was doing. He told me what to expect and I'm totally happy with the outcome. He even helped me get a copy of the key and remote which was really awesome. Working in customer service for several years I know good service when I receive it and this place was full of it. Even sales people who weren't with me stopped to check that I was taken care of and happy. I would totally recommend this place to buy from, everybody there seems like experts at what they do and the customer service was just outstanding.
