Although I rent cars routinely for work the circumstances around this rental we're very different.  My personal vehicle lost its transmission passing through Miami, FL.  The guys at the Coral Springs facility helped me get a car last minute and took me back to the dealership when the work was completed.  Working with the rental car company went as smooth as possible... they exceeded my expectations at every corner.

My Experience at the Coral Springs Enterprise office is second-to-none!  Starting with the manager; Marie, to Don at the front office to the rest of the team!  I'm always overwhelmed with their professionalism, courtesy, and the customer experience they always deliver.  The team is friendly and efficient in delivering a memorable service!  I will not go anywhere else but there - Thank you, Team; you are awesome :)

I have been an Enterprise customer for many years and have been very pleased with the service. 
Phone customer service needs to be more detail when extensions are granted.

I always use Enterprise as my first choice for car rental. I'm not sure what was going on but they called me a day before to confirm my reservation, great! Got there at 7.30am as stated with 1 person working, a line to the door, so I finally got to the counter to be told that I have to wait to get the car cleaned. I had to go to work so I couldn't wait so I was upgraded to a minivan. Go figure! 
Think about this guys-get it together. Most people reserve in advance so you have notice on how to staff.
