Arrived in Pensacola, Florida on time and went right to the Enterprise counter without a wait like the other guys. Car was reserved there as planned without any hiccups. Registration & pick-up went very smooth. Rental car expectations were met with happy relief. The car performed flawlessly as should be. Felt very confident in knowing that we had a very dependable vehicle to count on & trust to work well to get us where we wanted to go. I’ve come to depend on Enterprise without any hesitation or reservation when the the time comes to needing a car to use. Communication with the helpful people was clearly expressed without any hidden issues. Everything was above board & wonderful. I will definitely call Enterprise again .

The rental experience did not start well. we had late arrival flight and when we arrived the only thing that was available in the class that I rented was a mini van oh no, not for this weekend get away. the representative was very nice and upgraded to the next class not at same price grant you. the car was nice and service at check out and in was very nice. just paid more then I was anticipating...

I always have a good experience with Enterprise. This airport is actually a good destination because you can walk to your rental car, no need for a shuttle. Convenient and simple. The return process was quick too. I would definitely recommend enterprise to anyone. They also have the best vehicles, top of the range, new and in good condition.
